Christopher "Chris" Davis is Raytheon’s Country Leader for the United Arab Emirates, and President of Raytheon International Inc., Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, security and civil markets throughout the world and is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. Chris has 15 years of experience in the Middle East, and as Raytheon’s Country Leader for the U.A.E., he is responsible for executing an integrated, enterprise wide engagement strategy for the U.A.E. based on collaboration. His customer engagement responsibilities include contract execution, offset dialogues, and integrated pipeline development and execution. Chris is a retired Marine officer/aviator with over 2,000 flight hours. He joined Raytheon Missile Systems in 2006 after a 20-year military career, and after two years assisting the U.A.E. President of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce with that Chamber’s aerospace and defense portfolio. He spent six years in the U.A.E. as Raytheon Missile Systems’ Director of Middle East Business Development. In that assignment, Chris was responsible for Missile Systems’ sales and marketing in 10 Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries, and significantly participated in over $1.4 billion of successful capture efforts. Chris currently serves on the Board of AmCham Abu Dhabi and is active in the Defense and Education Committees. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial economics from Union College in Schenectady N.Y., and a master’s in security studies from the Marine Corps University.
